Shipping Policy

Spain 5€ (free in orders over 100€) – 48/72h
Europe 15€ – From 2 to 10 days
Rest of the world 80€ – From 2 to 10 days

Once the order has been placed, the client will receive by email a proof of the operation in which the order confirmation will appear with a description of the products purchased and their prices, shipping costs, payment method, address recipient’s shipping name and the tracking number of your package provided by the courier company. The shipment of international orders is made through the corresponding courier agency at the address and holder provided during the purchase process. Delivery times, which may vary depending on the destination area, are between 2 days and 10 days. Polemo Shop is not responsible for delays in delivery due to causes beyond the control of the company, so there will be no possibility of refunding the money or returning the order.

The order will be considered delivered once the customer has signed the document of receipt of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of the package at the time of delivery, and notify Polemo Shop of any damage or lack of correspondence with the delivery note. If so, please contact us at orders@polemoshop.com explaining the problem and attaching photos of the package and delivery note in question.

Customs rates and other local taxes are established based on the different import policies of the recipient countries, therefore Polemo Shop is not responsible for their management and payment.


Return Policy

Orders may be returned within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by sending an email to orders@polemoshop.com informing of the order number of the return and the causes of it.

The products must be in their original condition, with their labels and they must not have been used, washed or manipulated. In these cases, or in the event that the products are defective or there is an error in the shipment, Polemo Shop will be responsible for the management and costs of the return.

Once the returned products have been received, the condition of the product and its packaging will be checked to accept or reject the return.

The purchase amount will be returned in full once the return has been verified and accepted through the same payment method that the purchase was made within a period of 14 calendar days. Returns that are not collected in the cases indicated above, will be borne by the buyer without this implying any type of responsibility for Polemo Shop.


Exchange Policy

The customer may cancel his order after a few minutes from the moment of the order by sending an email to orders@polemoshop.com. On the contrary, if the order has been sent, Polemo Shop will not be able to take charge of the cancellation of the order, being the responsibility of the buyer to return it as indicated in the previous section.
